We have therapy & reading rooms with some of the finest mediums & practititioners in Kent working alongside us.

We offer many complementary therapy treatments including reiki, crystal therapy, Eastern facial massage, Indian head massage, hopi ear treatments, reflexology, aromatherapy, 02 detox footspa, sports therapy, remedial massage,hypnotherapy, smoking cessation therapy, bereavement counselling......and a variety of holistic beauty treatments including waxing, eye treatments and facials all carried out by energy therapists to enhance your relaxation!

We also run our own psychic development group and reiki share...please see the relevant sections on the website.

Our psychics and mediums will be holding regular reading days throughout the week offering a varied range from spiritual mediumship through to angel readings.

All of our therapists hold formal qualifications and relevant insurance.

Our Managing Director, Ali Austin-Hennessy is a Reiki Master Practitioner & Teacher and is a member of the UK Reiki Federation, membership No. M2767,and abides by their strict codes of conduct at all times, so rest assured you are in safe hands! Ali also holds the following qualifications - cert.I.H.M,E.F.M,T.A.Th, Crys.Dip. Ali worked in conventional medicine/care and childrens services for 7 years prior to commiting to the complementary field after battling with depression, anger issues and a shopping addiction Ali felt that the way forward was out there....so she found it! with a combination of conventional & complementary therapies Ali has managed to tackle her own demons and now strives to help others identify and tackle theirs....Ali also carries out holistic beauty & massage treatments after training locally although adds a dab of reiki while working on the outside to add that special touch to any treatment....thus ensuring an equal balance to mind,body & soul....


Andy formerly trained at Thanet College for four years completing a counselling foundation course, then a counselling skills course, followed by a counselling theory course(in which he received the Tina Evans Shield for most improved student) a bereavement certificate and a first year diploma. He then went on to Chatham College to study Hypnotherapy, succeding with a diploma with distinction..He then studied psychotherapy at Aylesford Priory, again gaining a diploma with distinction! He followed these studies by taking an advanced diploma in counselling and psychotherapy in Worthing, once more achieving a diploma with distinction! Andy currently holds the following qualifications...Adv Dip Psy C.P (dist) Dip C.P (dist) Dip Hyp (dist) Bereave Cert and is also an accredited member of The Counselling Society, M.C.S(Acc).....(And above all else Andy is an honest, trustworthy, reliable, down-to-earth family man who we are proud to have work for us-Andy isn't what we call a text book talker he has lived!! -Ali)

Sam Kennedy is a reiki practitioner & Master Teacher who′s healing capabilities set her apart from the rest, Sam qualified in Reiki 3 years ago and is the only student ever chosen by Ali to be good enough to work here! Sam will be working alongside Ali and assists at the Ramsgate branch. Sam is a competent energy therapist with a passion for helping others.

Jo Wood - Jo is our Reflexologist who has trained @ Thanet College. Jo is a fab addition to our already strong team - Jo qualified in Reflexolgy/Indian Head Massage 2 years ago and lives locally.

Theresa Boulding mainly works from our Ramsgate branch although often ventures in to sunny Sandwich, Theresa's forte is aromatherapy massage and she gets extremely busy, Theresa also trained @ Thanet College and lives locally in Ramsgate.

Yu Lin is our Acupuncturist, Yu Lin trained @ the Beijing College of Traditionbal Chinese Medicine in 1991, Yu Lin is undoubtedly one of the best trained Acupuncturists we have ever come across an excellent addition to our already strong team Yu Lin also practises @ a clinic in Broadstairs she uses a combination of acupuncture and chinese massage depending on your requirements. Yu Lin has a Bachelor Degree in medicine.
